By signing in to or using AuditCanvas ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the App.
All intellectual property rights in and to the App — including but not limited to source code, design, architecture, branding, documentation, and all related materials — are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the App owner. No rights, title, or interest in any intellectual property are transferred to you by virtue of your access to or use of the App.
Your use of the App — including but not limited to testing, evaluating, identifying bugs, reporting issues, or suggesting features or improvements — does not make you a contributor, co-creator, co-owner, or joint inventor of the App. No employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship is created by your use of or access to the App.
Any feedback, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or suggestions you voluntarily provide regarding the App ("Feedback") shall become the sole and exclusive property of the App owner. You hereby irrevocably assign all right, title, and interest in any Feedback to the App owner. No compensation, credit, or acknowledgment is owed for any Feedback provided.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App solely for the purpose of testing and evaluation. This license does not include any right to modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the App.
The App owner reserves the right to revoke your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The App owner makes no representations or warranties regarding the reliability, availability, accuracy, or completeness of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
You agree not to disclose, share, or distribute any proprietary information, features, or technical details about the App to any third party without the prior written consent of the App owner.
The App owner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
